Join us in St Thomas for our Freediving retreat where you will obtain your PADI 1 Cert Retreat, combined with daily morning yoga, 2 days sailing and diving from a 42' catamaran, sounds baths, meditations, fire releasing ceremony, private vegan chef, and 4 nights at an ocean front villa, with an infinity pool, breathtaking views and connection with nature.

The Blue Moon Room: This lovely bedroom opens onto a small deck with a hammock that adjoins the pool deck overlooking the ocean. There is a very comfortable Queen Bed as well as a twin and a really nice breeze. The bathroom is just around the corner.
The Wellness Room: A charming oceanfront bedroom, located just inside the entrance gates and right off the courtyard. There are two twin beds and this room has easy access to the bathroom/ outdoor shower in the courtyard.
The Loft: A cozy loft style room with a twin bed nestled into the cliff above the courtyard.
The Branch: A spacious second-story bedroom with two separate access stairways for convenience and a private bathroom with open air windows. Located right above the courtyard entrance. This room has views facing the Ocean to the West beyond the driveway, and also of the courtyard to the East. The Branch has large sliding windows on both sides, making this space bright and sunny with a cross breeze. This room accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 queen bed and two twins.
The Treehouse: has a large outdoor bathroom and magical shower with complete views of the ocean over swaying palms. It’s inviting, warm and relaxing. From the stairway to Heaven, to the outdoor shower the turquoise water and islands in the distance remind you what balance looks like as all of your problems seem to float away.
We are partnered with Shop Pay to offer you monthly payments on the retreat, so it is accessible to all! Full Payment is due upon confirmation. We don't accept partial payments or deposits.
Agreement:
Upon purchase, we will email you agreements between Sol Babe & our additional vendors. We, Sol Babe, along with all of our vendors, hold liability insurance.
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date.
- 50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before retreat start date.
We have the right to cancel at anytime, and will give you a full refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

No prior experience with snorkeling, skin diving or freediving is required, but we do recommend that you are a strong swimmer, and are comfortable and familiar with the water element.

We recommend that you bring your own freedive equipment, and if you don't have any, we can help you purchase before the trip. We will send you a list of all of the gear you will need, along with links to purchase. If you don't want to travel with your gear, our freedive instructor has the equipment that you can use, with limited amounts. He may charge you to rent if we have an exceeding number of people utilizing his gear.
